1- Midland Refinery Steam Package, Demineralization Plant and Fuel Oil System:
Project Year Expected: 2012 – 2013
Location: Midland Refinery Company (MRC) – Daura – Iraq
Area of Plant: 1,050 m2
Production Capacity: 5 x 80 ton/hr superheated steam
General: A high technology system for producing high quality steam from river water starting with the demineralization process used to refine water and goes through the Deaerators, an oxygen extractor, to produce an oxygen-free water to prevent corrosion that is sent through high quality pipes to 5 boilers ignited by the oil system resulting with the specified grade steam by the client to be used in further application. Armada group and their partners are in full connection and follow up for the finalizing design.
2- Terminal Automation System:
Project Year Expected: 2012 – 2013
Location: Midland Refinery Company (MRC) – Daura – Iraq
Area: 5,438 m2
Production Capacity: 960 m3/hour of Gasoline and Diesel
General: It is a project that will comprehend the monitoring and controlling the loading operation of Gasoline and Diesel from which each type will be loaded from 4 arms on a gantry using the latest Italian technology equipments and engineering with the contribution of Armada’s ingenuity of electromechanical and civil work.
3- Turn Key Automatic Plastic Can Making and Filling Factory
Project Year Expected: 2012 – 2013
Location: South Refinery Company (SRC). – Basrah – Iraq
Area: N/A
Production Capacity: 1800 Pieces/ hour of each product (Container, Caps and Packaging)
General: The project is basically an automated integrated production of containers through blow molding technology followed by cap production for capping of containers, which finally gets into packaging procedure. The machines are up-to-dated automation system from Italy, with the help of Armada’s engineering team that in turn results in high productivity rate.
